Russell Crowe’s latest turn as a desperate husband and father in The Next Three Days requires more than guts.  You have to be able to leave your child at a gas station so you can break your wife out of prison. You have to not be freaked out by Liam Neeson as a creepy mentor, and you kinda need to be in shape if you’re going to run from the law.  Fortunately, Russell works out for speed and strength.  He can get away from “the man” and beat him up if he gets caught. Again, this is the kind of…

The New Orleans Hornets started the season 8-0. Prior to losing their first game they were the only unbeaten team left in the NBA, and Chris Paul was playing lights out. Currently, they lead San Antonio and Dallas teams that are getting absolutely no press, but this isn’t the Hornets team of old. Somehow they got good really fast. Chris Paul started playing like a hall of famer really fast. People routinely ranked Deron Williams ahead of Paul in their hypothetical “best point guards” lists. CP3 was turning into “the other point guard.” Now, Chris Paul has his Hornets on…

Felix Hernandez won the American League Cy Young award.  Yep, that Felix Hernandez.  The one who plays for the woeful Seattle Mariners. 21 of 28 voters gave him a first-place vote in a watershed year for the award.  Why? Felix only won 13 games.  He was 13-12 for the Mariners this season.  That’s why everyone’s hating on him.  He won less games than just about everybody and winning is supposed to be everything in sports. But this award isn’t about the pitcher with the most wins.  It’s supposed to reward the most outstanding pitcher during that season.  People think King…

Monday starts week 4 of Phase one of my off season bulker. I started out very basic and simple and just ran some test and dbol. I decided to go with Syntrop Sus450 and Axio Suspension along with Axio dbol 50mg pills. It was a last minute change to throw some dbol in. Axio makes a really good dbol, which definitely helps to kick start things in the beginning of any bulking cycle, since injections usually take a good 10-14 days to get into your system. With the addition of a good quality oral like dbol you get noticeable size…

Whether you’re a woman who can’t lose that roll of belly fat, or a guy who isn’t as cut as he’d like to be, excess estrogen could be to blame. All About Estrogen and Progesterone There are two reasons…
