I thought this clip was cool enough to post. It’s Rampage Jackson acting in a horror flick. The special effects are pretty cool. It’s a tough life for a paranormal serial killer these days. You simply want to murder some unexpecting victim and you end up trying to take down Rampage Jackson, talk about a hard target. That would be that last guy on the planet you would want to try and jack. Here is the clip with Rampage in it. I have also posted the video trailer in case you want to see what the movie is about.
MMA fans across the globe want to see two of the greatest Mixed Martial Artists of our time fight. That is Georges St. Pierre and BJ Penn. If these two guys get in the octagon together it will be like two super heroes fighting. Both are amazing athletes with gifted MMA skills. GSP is the type of athlete that could have been an Olympic Gold Medalist or a professional baseball player if he so chose to be. BJ Penn on the other hand has a similar type of fluid fight skills as Anderson Silvia, but also has the flexibility of…
I remember some of the first times I saw Joe Rogan was on the show “Fear Factor” the reality TV show where contestants are challenged to do some very scary things to win. Joe Rogan hosted the show and often had some smart ass things to say. A few times, it almost looked like he was gong to hit the dirt with a few of the male contestants to get the scrap on. I remember thinking, “Who is this loud mouth guy? He thinks he is pretty tough or something.” Well, as a surprise to me and many other Fear…
Sorry, but I had to post this. It’s not UFC, it’s not Elite XC, it is more like a Fight Club or a Street Fight Caught on Tape. Whatever it is I think it has some value for MMA fans to see how technique plays a huge role in winning fights. In this video, a real fist fight takes place between a man and a woman. The man, to me, looks bigger and stronger. The woman, however, fights better and uses MMA techniques to conquer the bigger and stronger male fighter. Props to this chick and shame on the guy…
Many people watch MMA on occasion and aren’t really die hard MMA or fight fans. To these people some of the terminology can be confusing and even sound perverse. The Rear Naked Choke is one of those moves that can definitely give someone the wrong idea about MMA. To someone who does not know what the Rear Naked Choke is, it can sound sort of like what Bubba would do to a young, inexperienced and new prison cell mate. That is not what the Rear Naked Choke is. The Rear Naked Choke is an MMA submission or choke used to…
Enriching your diet with enzymes may result in positive effect on muscle-building. Traditionally, enzymes are known as digestive supplements. But recent studies showed that they play significant role in recovery after high-intensity workouts. Enzymes are catalytically active proteins that speed up metabolism. Before carbohydrates and proteins are used for muscle development, enzymes must break them down into smaller molecules for better absorption. 3 Classes of Enzymes There are three major classes of enzymes which break down the components of food: amylase enzymes break down carbohydrates; lipase enzymes break down fats; protease enzymes – proteins. Although these enzymes occur naturally in…
Georges St. Pierre is moving up in the world. He currently defended his 170 lb title against John Fitch, holds notable wins over UFC Legend Matt Hughes and Matt Serra. Now, he is signing the first known MMA fighter deal with one of the largest and most influential talent agencies in the world CAA or Creative Arts Agency. CAA is big time and represents clients such as LeBron James and Tony Hawk. CAA Sports, a division of CAA, manages over 350 top athletes in most of the mainstream sports such as basketball, football, baseball, surfing, etc. Further more, CAA has…
Are you cheating? If so, you are jeopardizing not only your marriage but also your health. Hiding a secret love affair may leads to stress and anxiety because of having to lie to the spouse all along. Having a secret lover may trigger migraines, resulting in aneurysm (bulge in brain blood vessels) with the increased risk of death, – Italian scientists claim. Neurologist Lorenzo Pinessi, president of the Italian Society for the Study of Headaches, delivered his findings at the opening of the International Conference in Turin. The study involved people suffering from migraines. The experiments showed that volunteers with…
More fighters are making big money in MMA these days. Even with a terrible showing, Kimbo Slice still brought home $500,000 to get Knocked Out in 14 seconds. This does not include any money he probably earned by sponsors, such as Tapout. Andrei Arlovski who also brought down $500,000 but at least had a good showing, knocking out his opponent. Gina Carano, who probably was one of the biggest draws to the fight and actualy had a pretty exciting fight, only took home $25,000. In my opinion, she got jipped. All together Elite XC paid out over $1,319,000 in fighter…
Here is a great highlight video of Michelle Waterson, “The Karate Hottie”. After watching this video, you will fully understand how she got her nick name. Michelle has all the beauty to be Americas Next Top Model, but the toughness to potentially be Americas next top Female Mixed Martial Artist.
