According to National Cancer Institute (NCI), excessive consumption of vitamins is linked to an increased risk of fatal prostate cancer. NCI study involved 295 344 men who were asked to give a detailed information about their vitamin supplements consumption. The study lasted 6 years, detecting prostate cancer in 10 241 participants. Damn, you know Forrest Griffins grill is hurting today. Rashad Evans gave his face a pounding. It always amazes me some of the shots these fighters take once they are either dazed or knocked out. The left handers that Rashad was pouring on Griffin towards the end of their fight were square on the face and completely undefended. First off, I’d like to congratulate Frank Mir on his outstanding performance in this “interim” title fight vs. Nogueira.  Frank truly put on a showing, and proved he is a true student of the game, as Joe Rogan mentions during the fight, Mir is always watching fights and studying the game. Official list of competitors for “Arnold Sports Festival 2009″ was released on December 22, 2008. The event will be held next year on March 6-8, 2009. Sixty two athletes received their invitations to Columbus to participate in tournaments such as professional bodybuilding, body-fitness, and fitness.
