So I watched it on TV today for the 10th time, and I am not sure why I keep watching it, especially since it aggravates the shit out of me. Not because the guys, including the nutritionist , are clueless. Or because so many were throwing out untruthful facts about steroid side effects , and /or general use.  Mainly because MTV took this popular topic and used it as a platform to further these bullshit myths, but tried to make it seem like they were neutral and had no opinion about this topic, but this showed to be untrue. The actual salads themselves aren’t even particularly unhealthy. They’re pretty much fine. Now, the dressing on the other hand, is not only sugar and fat laden, but also contains multiple colouring and additives, which, in all honesty, just cannot be good for your body. You’re probably better off eating a big mac.

Method 2- The Cunningham Equation. As you’ve probably guessed, there’s some weak points to the above method. Shaquille O’Neal (C) for the Cavaliers is going to miss the next game and possibly the game after that one. He has already missed three games this season, because of injuries. This time around it’s his shoulder. “Shaq” was just a boy when he was drafted into the NBA. Is his, now, much older body telling him that its time to hang-up and retire his jersey? Karo Parisyan has reportedly backed out of his UFC 106 fight with Dustin Hazelett.  Could it be another anxiety issue for Parisyan?  The reason at this point is unclear, but UFC President Dana White is apparently not very happy to hear this news.   This has happened before in the past when Parisyan dropped out of UFC 88 at the last minute.  Dana White has responded to Karo Parisyan’s recent dropout of UFC 106 on his Twitter Page and it doesn’t look good for Parisyan’s future in the UFC.  Here is what he had to say: “Karo Parisyan has fucked…
