The Chiefs beating the Steelers after I said “the Chiefs are worthless”.  Nothing is more irritating than a pathetic and worthless team beating a perfectly legitimate team for absolutely no reason.  If Matt Cassel is going to be a failure he needs to stay that way so I can keep my bearings in the NFL.  You know, if you watch TV or movies (especially TV) certain characters stay the way they are.  On CSI (yes, the first one) Paul Millander was a freaking nutcase psychopath and he didn’t change one bit from beginning to offing himself. He was a loony…

Bodybuilders know the importance of keeping their bodies in physical shape. It takes commitment and perseverance just like keeping relationships healthy and happy. One neat trick to keeping a body in shape is jumping rope. Many benefits can be experienced. Some bodybuilders may believe that it is tedious or boring, but that’s not actually true.  When a bodybuilder experiences confidence and is at ease with skipping rope, he can include many moves and foot patterns to liven up the jumping rope routine. From magazine covers featuring GSP’s secret to a better physique, to Chuck Liddell “Dancing With the Stars”, the tidal wave of MMA is saturating our minds. On the opening fight of the Spike TV portion of the undercard, Kendall “The Spyda” Grove withstood an early assault from Jake Rosholt and pulled a beautiful submission off.  As I expected, Rosholt used his wrestling to take Grove down repeatedly, but what I should have seen coming was Grove’s excellent jiu-jitsu.  Grove…

The muscles of the neck rotate and flex the neck backwards and forwards in addition to side to side. Even when you turn your head, your neck muscles do all the work to support your head. Exercising the neck and using proper form relieves stiffness and loosens the neck muscles, so the tendons and nerves are stimulated.  Most neck exercises can be performed while seated or standing unless otherwise directed. The first exercise for the neck is very simple and can be done throughout the day to help keep the kinks away. You basically place your head and neck in…

p>I’ve spent the last few UFC events doing previews of all the televised fights. This time around, I’m feeling a little more risky. While I’m no expert, I feel it’s time to test my knowledge of the sport by predicting each fight. I’m going to pick each winner and means of victory (by KO, Decision or Submission). I’ll keep tabs on my record for the rest of 2009 to see how well I do. On to the fights as once again, the UFC is giving the fans two free fights on the undercard. The first is a matchup between Ultimate…
