A recent study which involved athletes spending hours in the gym regularly has been carried out. The scientists have found, that 200 ml of cherry juice or 45 cherries can release muscle pain. Cherry has strong antioxidant properties and anti-inflammatory effects, this is why it is recommended for athletes to help release muscle pain.
