Back Stretching Exercise 6

Technique – Start by standing with your feet two or three inches outside shoulder width apart and lean forwards slightly placing your hands flat onto your thigh muscles just above your knee caps. Start this stretching exercise when ready. Lean forwards keeping your legs straight until you feel your lower back muscles stretch. Hold this position for a count of 5. Return to a straight, standing position to relieve pressure on the lower back muscles. Repeat this technique until the lower back muscles are fully stretched.
