Back Stretching Exercise 5

EQUIPMENT NEEDED – None!!!

Technique – Start by laying down on the floor in an area that will provide enough space to perform the exercise. Raise one leg upwards and twist it across to one side, place your hand around your waist and use your free hand to press your knee into the floor. Keep your shoulders and back flat to the floor. Start this stretching exercise when ready. Hold this position for a count of 5. Repeat this stretching technique in the other direction until your lower back muscles are fully stretched.
