Back Stretching Exercise 3

EQUIPMENT NEEDED – None!!!

Technique – Start by kneeling down on the floor in an are that will provide enough space to perform the exercise. Place your hands down onto the floor with your finger tips facing one another. Start the exercise when ready. Arch your back upwards keeping your arms solid allowing your shoulder blades to stretch around. Hold this position for a count of 5. Lower your back down to relieve pressure on the back muscles. Repeat this technique as many times as possible until your back muscles are full stretched.
