Back Stretching Exercise 2

EQUIPMENT NEEDED – None!!!
You can find some very useful information about the latissimus dorsi muscles here.
Technique – Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart and generally loosen up before starting this stretching techniques. Place your hands one on top of the other and then simply allow your arms, shoulders and head roll forwards until your upper body is full relaxed. Hold this position for a count of 10 to 15. Repeat this technique until your upper body muscles are fully relaxed taken long deep breaths throughout.
