A Washington D.C. Grand Jury will decide if there is enough evidence to indict Roger Clemens for lying to Congress during the highly publicized hearing in February 2008 that also featured his former trainer, Brian McNamee. Evidence will be presented by assistant U.S. attorney Daniel P. Butler. It is not known exactly who has been or will be subpoenaed but the list could include McNamee, Kirk Radomski, Andy Pettitte and Chuck Knobloch along with those who worked on the Mitchell Report. After a hard workout, these athletes jump into a tub of ice cold water in an effort to recuperate from the workout quicker. While the treatment can be painful and hard to deal with, many athletes claim that immersing their body in this frigid water it helps them some how to avoid delayed-onset muscle soreness. This has capped a busy time for ErgoPharm, because speculation has it that Patrick Arnold of ErgoPharm was raided. Patrick Arnold is well known because of his actions in the Balco scandal.
