It seems to be getting more an more common. Fighters, and may other athletes for that matter are adding ice baths to their training regimen. After a hard workout, these athletes jump into a tub of ice cold water in an effort to recuperate from the workout quicker. While the treatment can be painful and hard to deal with, many athletes claim that immersing their body in this frigid water it helps them some how to avoid delayed-onset muscle soreness. But does this treatment really work? I found a study done on the subject on BJSM where they scientifically evaluated the ice immersion technique. The study concluded that No significant differences were…
Brock Lesnar is a complete monster. He is quite possibly the most feared man to ever step into the Octagon. He is a huge, strong athletic human being who is ready to defend his UFC Heavyweight Title. Even during his time in the WWE, Brock still had to be a physical specimen. Here is a little clip that shows Brocks muscle training regimen.

I write to all today as a man who just wants nothing but the best for the future of steroids. But I have to say that instead of all of us coming together to form a force to be reckoned with, we scatter like roaches when the lights come on. I refuse to mention names on this because I would be no better then the gossipers themselves. What I want you all to think about before the next time you bash someone, you ask yourself a few questions- 1. What books have I published? 2. What Degrees do I currently…
S.S.A.G. ( Sports Supplement Acquisition Group ) has aquired ErgoPharm from Proviant Technologies. This has capped a busy time for ErgoPharm, because speculation has it that Patrick Arnold of ErgoPharm was raided. Patrick Arnold is well known because of his actions in the Balco scandal. The word is that the warrant was handed down by the DEA Office in Boston. The speculation seems very reliable so we will see, but more so, I’m looking to see how it will be handled by SSAG, with its new acquisition involved. My thought is regardless I am going to sit back and watch…

You may like him you may not, the one thing you have to do is respect him for the work he puts into bringing steroids mainstream, and I respect him emensely. So I thank him and I give you his answers, enjoy. 1. What made you originally want to get involved in the steroid field? Who were your first influences? AR-I think anyone my age who writes about anabolic steroids for a living would have to…
