The fight between BJ Penn and Georges St. Pierre on January 31st, is expected to be one of the most exciting bouts of our time.  Both fighters are currently holding belts and are making their way to be UFC hall of famers.  GSP is thought to be by many, the most athletic fighter in the industry.  BJ Penn is thought to be one of the most technical and talented fighters in the industry.  This could be a classic tale of Technique vs Athleticism.  During a recent press conference in Torronto, Penn and GSP got a chance to voice their thoughts…

They say, when you get knocked off the horse, the best thing to do is to get up, dust yourself off and climb back up in to the saddle. The longer you wait to get back on, the harder it is. This is the same for MMA. If you suffer a loss, the best thing to do is get another fight and get a win. It is all about keeping your confidence level up. Kim Couture knows this and on November 21st , at Strikeforce Destruction, Kim Çouture got back in the cage and ended up with her first professional…

The New York Times is reporting New Suspect in Sports Doping: Viagra Except that the Marywood study does not involve the bedroom, but the playing field. It is being financed by the World Anti-Doping Agency, which is investigating whether the diamond-shaped blue pills create an unfair competitive advantage in dilating an athlete’s blood vessels and unduly increasing oxygen-carrying capacity. If so, the agency will consider banning the drug. Viagra, or sildenafil citrate, was devised to treat pulmonary hypertension, or high blood pressure in arteries of the lungs. The drug works by suppressing an enzyme that controls blood flow, allowing the…

I am so sick of so called “Unbiased Viewpoints” stating that steroids are so dangerous and that the mere use of anabolic steroids can cause death.  It is the same with guns, guns don’t kill people, morons with no clue and no self restraint , kill people.  Why is it that inanimate objects are always the blame for ignorant tragedies?  Well it goes back to the Jose Canseco issue, people refuse to take responsibility for themselves.  With steroids I have never witnessed anyone who used steroids properly, get severely sick or lose their life.  By no means am I saying it is…

Ok, I have to admit, some people are much smarter than me and have much more resources. I should have thought of this. What a brilliant idea to have to smoking hot girls (The Bodog Fight Girls), learning Arm Bar from Guard on the beach in Bikinis. The intent is to demonstrate a MMA technique that is commonly used. However when you have two beautiful girls that don’t know what they are doing, in bikinis on the beach, trying to instruct a MMA technique, what do you get? You get two hot, half naked chicks rolling around on the beach…

This is a frequently asked question for newcomers to the steroid world. Can I mix Test and _____(place any steroid there)? Well I think this is a good question, it means the person is paying attention to safety. But as far as my personal experience takes me I have never had an issue mixing Test and anything, with the exception of Test Suspension ( because it wasn’t mixed properly).  But there are similar issues to take into account. Like never take 2 or more anabolic steroids that you have never injected before, because if one of them causes a reaction,…

Well I have been doing a lot of reading and though it seems like Obama is surrounding himself with a squad of anti-steroid influence, it seems like that Barrack Obama is smart enough to know we have much bigger problems in this country besides the recreational steroid user ( like poverty, terrorism, gang violence, real drugs, etc).  I knew he was the right man for the White House, though he should leave Biden at the gate. So I was reading a blog by Millard Baker (it is a great blog so check it out) and brought this idea to my…

President of the UFC, Dana White, is apparently changing his view on womens MMA. In the past White has down talked womens MMA and showed absolutely no interest in promoting womens fighting. Back in 2007 White said during an interview “I’m not a huge fan of women fighting. Period.”, leaving the door closed to many women fighters who would love a chance to fight in the most popular fight promotion in the world, The UFC. Now, thankfully, White seems to be considering making an exception. In Toronto during the UFC 94 St. Pierre vs. Penn 2 Press Tour, White said…

Most MMA fighters who have made it to the top and have become professionals have spent many many years training. Hours and hours in the gym practicing their stand up, practicing their ground game. Some fighters train 8-10 hours a day, 6-7 days a week. On top of this, often a grueling diet and isolation from friends and family are a part of the equation. Then they step in the ring or cage and bam…within seconds they are knocked out cold. This is a hard reality of MMA. It only takes one punch, kick, knee or elbow and it can…

Let me play Devil’s Advocate for a moment, what if they are right about the accused steroids users?  This is something we have to look at before the MLB goes off the handle and tries to stop ALL steroid use among their players.  Then they would have to call one of the greatest seasons in baseball history, a complete farce.  Never had so many watched baseball until Mark McGuire was on the verge of breaking the single season home run record.  Everywhere you looked there was his face, every game he played it was aired all over the world.  Every…
