ok i’ll be starting my cycle soon and i need to know when is the best time to take it. i will be using deca for my injectable, now i work out at 11:30 in the morning so would it be alright if i took the shot in the morning around 7am befor my classes start??? and just rubbed the hell out of it

I take all my shots in the morning. i found that if I take it at night I sleep kind of crappy

I also try to take my injections in the morning or early afternoon. I used to take them at night and its true you will sleep kind of crappy. Once I took 50mg of wintrol V before bed time….dammmm….I thought my heart was going to come out of my mouth. Needless to say I didn’t rest much. You shouldn’t feel too sore and if you do it shouldn’t affect your ability to workout.
