Boldenone should be taken for at least 5 weeks to be effective. The best would be in the range of 8-12 weeks, and preferably stacked with another steroid for more effect. Boldenone is not effective on it’s own.

Explanation:
- 50 mg – Mean 50 mg of the brand name you got, for example 50 mg Equipoise.
- 100 mg – Mean 100 mg of the brand name you got, for example 100 mg Equipoise.
- 250 mg – Mean 250 mg of Sustanon.
- 2500 IU – Mean 2500 IU of HCG.
You could add 10 mg of Nolvadex per day from week 4 and throughout week 11. Instead of Sustanon you could use another androgenic steroid in the strength of 200-250 mg per ml, for example Testosterone Cypionate or Testosterone Enanthate.
