What are steroids, and why do they make us grow? What works best with a cutting cycle? What work-out should I use during a bulker? Why am I not growing? Why did I stop gaining? Should I go up in mgs on my Test? Can I go past 12 weeks on my first cycle? How many days should I work-out? I have to say I hear those questions daily, which is fine, I am always glad to help. My problem is why aren’t people asking the correct questions. The ones that would suit them much more, and create a knowledge…
I’ll admit I’ve been neglecting the WEC for a while now, but it’s only because I’ve been waiting for something to happen that’s, in my opinion, worthwhile. I’ve got to say, If I’d heard another word about Miguel Torres, this would be more of a suicide note than an article. He’s the best pound-for-pound in the WEC, but don’t you think the other fighters deserve a little exposure as well? Like a magnetic man wandering too close to a knife shop, this brings me to my point. I recall another fighter being called the best PFP fighter in the WEC.…
Probably the most ripped and in shape women in Mixed Martial Arts today, Cristiane “Cris Cyborg” Santos shows us her workout and training regimen. This girl is unbelievably strong and quick. It must be this crazy hard training routine that gives her the ability to straight man-handle girls in the cage. What an amazing showing of work ethic. I have to say this clip has made me truly respect Cyborg’s athleticism, drive and determination.
Nick Diaz has been denied a license to compete in the the Carano vs Cyborg Strikeforce Event on August 15th. According to MMA Weekley, Diaz failed to show up for a pre-fight drug test which is mandated by the California State Athletic Commission. Diaz possesses a medical marijuana license and has been very open about his marijuana use in the past. It seems the timing of the CSAC’s drug test would not allow Diaz to properly cleanse his system of the drug prior to testing. Here is what Diaz’s trainer and manager Cesar Gracie said about the incident. “They changed it without any notification,” said Gracie.…
Everybody loves the Light Heavyweight division… It’s no secret. But why? Anyone who knows anything will tell you the answer. It’s because the talent pool is so much deeper, there are more fighters, more contention for the title, it’s easy. Now, think about how much of that excitement is pure hype. I’ve seen some of the greatest battles in the history of this sport at featherweight, those guys fight their hearts out. If nobody creates any energy in other weight classes, we might stand to lose world-class talent like Miguel Torres and all the excitement he brings with him. Now,…
Johny Hendricks (+105, 5Dimes) vs Amir Sodallah (-110, Bodog) If there was ever a main card fight with more questions and unknown factors, it is this one. First off, we have the winner of TUF season 7, Amir Sodallah, who has been plagued by injuries since he beat CB Dollaway in the finals. He was very impressive on TUF, having no professional fights; he still went through Steve Byrnes, Gerald Harris, Matt Brown, and Dollaway (twice). What makes this even more impressive is that he finished every single guy, with 4 out of the 5 times by submission. Since the…
I decided to help increase my writing’s boundaries, I would write about some everyday life things that leak over into to issues in the steroid community. I find that in general all people have issues, whether mental , physical, or both, we all start with the same basic handicaps. I have one that is caused by self and the influence around them. This is an issue that crosses all race lines , all econonmical classes. It is the self-righteous thought that the world owes them something. It happens within all social classes, whether poor or rich, you will find someone…
I thought this clip was kind of interesting. Not so much what Gina Carano says, but more about what Frank Shamrock says. I think he provides a little too much information.
I was contacted recently in regards to my board GrowXXL by an online pharmacy wanted to have me review their products. Typically I am a bit hesitant to deal with sites such as these especially with all the issues that have arose as of late, but the guys over at KalpaPharm.com offered me some of their products to try, and to be frank – How could I say no!? I checked over their site, which was nicely done – and they seem to carry a wide variety of pharmaceuticals, and almost all of their Anabolics were from a company called…
There are many things I’m doing to make up for the fact that I won’t be getting UFC 101 in a few days. There is nothing I hate more than having to watch the highlights after the fight has aired. Two things I’m doing are, training and watching a lot of MMA action on my puny cable television package. I’ve spent a few days watching everything I could find, and during a fight between Chris Leben and Terry Martin on UFC Fight Night, I saw something I had to talk about. Now, I’m not a veteran fighter, by far. However,…
