Drinking is about 15% less efective….

15% is not bad because the injection sites are sore as a bitch. I wil continue w/ injections b/c I want MAX resullts but if it persisted I am going to drink the shit. I have been rubbing the site after injection. Any suggestion to get rid of the soreness. I fell like a dart board b/c 400eq, 250win, 300 prop and shit it I had some more gear I’d be blasting it to.

Thank you……. I just remembered you should not drink it all at the same time try to mix it up with some apple juice 200ml?(in the morning) and drink 40ml-50 ml at the time ..with food…hehe…

Why mix with apple juice?? Cant you just drink the winny by itself?

correct me if i’m wrong but i think the half life of winny (tabs) is 6 hours so splitting dose into two would be sufficient. I’m assuming the liquid will be absorbed the same

Just draw it up, take the pin off, stick the cannon in your mouth and let it fly. Wash down with water. Tastes like ass, but it’s very simple. I think the gains are just as good. It’s hard to tell because of running other AS’s, but I used Zambon’s last time and this is how I ran it and I think I was pretty shredded. I don’t know why you would mix with apple juice….lotta uneeded sugar there.

right now, I inject the winny into capsules and immediately take them. It doesnt have to be gel caps, just plain old plastic one. Just poke a hole in them with the syringe and let er rip! I am just getting over an abcess … so I am staying away from injections for a while …. Superfly
