Calories While On

I need about 2500 calories to maintain my weight, I eat about 2800 calories to gain LBM without gaining to much BF. I always try to get about 200g of protein and adjust the rest with carbs and fat. I’m planning on doing a first cycle of sust and winny or sust only. I know that I should up my calories when doing the cycle but I have no idea about how much calories. Oh yes, right now my weight is about 170lbs. Would the winny limit the gains I could have from a sust only cycle? Would doing some cardio together with the winny be a smart thing to do? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

definitly up your cals shoot for 4000 – 5000 cals aday. 2 grams of protein per lb. and 2 gallons of water a day.

Thanks, I will try that. Although I’m not questioning your knowledge it seems an huge amount of calories… scared to gain too much BF.

When the cycle ends after 10 weeks should I keep the calories that high until the AS is active (about 3 weeks after the last inj for sust) and then go back to maintenance amount + add some calories for the gained weight?
