I am 24 years old and I will be 25 next month. I have been trying to build up my muscles but there it no use. I went to see a doctor who told me that in all honesty, the only way I will be able to build would be to take steroids to get me started. I have studied the side effects and I am ok with them as long as I take them for a short time. But I don’t know how to find them. Please Help.
Bro, personally I think you should find another doctor, and unless you are trying to be competative at some point, would not consider using gear. Try to get at least 1.5 grams of protien per pound of body weight, and get proper sleep and eat alot, eat clean, but alot and you might be supprised at the gains you get.

OK, sorry. I got the impression you were just starting out. Primo and winny seem to be the favorite stack among female athletes.
Primobolan tabs will be your best option. Start with 1/2 tab twice a day for a week and go up to 1 tab twice a day for a few weeks to see how you respond. If you take much more than that, you will see more side effects. My girlfriend started with Primo while dieting for a show, and she still gained muscle. She’s 5’0” 110#season, 125# off-season. I would not start out with anything stronger!

I realize you’ve been at this for a while, and are taking in alot of protein. How many calories are you taking in. Try for 3000 minimum. You may need 4000-5000 since your metabolism is probally extremely fast.
Try to include some quality fats in your diet. Flaxseed oil & Hemp oil are good. And throw some Peanut butter in those protein shakes.
Also load up on the pasta, lotsa calories there.
If your taking in most of your calories from Protein, all of it will be used up for energy and none will be left for gaining weight.
This will be important on juice as well. If you do decide to go for the gear, make the most of it with a mega calorie diet.
If you are hell bent on looking like Tori and feel that Steroids is the answer then here is what I would suggest.
Do a Primobolan Depot cycle for 10 weeks, the amps come in 100mgs, but for a female you should take 2 shots during the week 50mgs or 1/2ml, spaced out about 3-4 days for optimal results. Cut your cardio down if it is size you are after. Lower the amount of reps, stay in the 8-12 rep range and you will gain quality size.
On Winstrol, you can do tabs or injects but no longer than 5 weeks as it can cause virilization.
