6FT 180LBS LOOKING FOR SIZE AS IS EVERYONE. I KEEP READING THAT SUST 250 AND DECA IS A GOOD FIRST TIME CYCLE , YES ? HOW MUCH OF EACH PER WEEK AND HOW MANY WEEKS SHOULD I STAY ON ?
