Deca or D-bol?

What do you guys think would be better to stack for a first cyle with sustenon250, deca throughout or just D-bol for week1-4? I’m hoping to get 20 lbs.

it gotsta to be the deca. what dose of sust are you going to run and how long will this cycle be? throw out some stats while youre at it bro.

If you want to put on some weight go with Dbol! If you want something to help keep those gains on go with Deca!

I would say both dude atleast 200mg a week of deca and 20mg of dbol a day then you get the best of both worlds size and will help to keep gains!

I would say just do the test by it self, dont need dbol/deca first time around cuz if this really is your first time just the sust. will hit the 20 pound mark for you with ease as long as you eat and train like a beast… but if you really need to throw something in just hit the deca at least 200mg/wk, even the sust with a dose as low as 250mg/wk will get you great results… but remember its all what you make of it, 50% nutrition 40% training and 10% AS… eat good clean and plenty, train hard but dont over do it and then let the gear do its job…. simple as that 😎

First of all, I would like to know more about you. How old you are, how long you have been training, body fat, etc. That will give us a better idea of how much gear you should use in your first cycle.

If you have been training for a few years and are over 200 pounds, then I would use all three. The cycle would look something like the following:

Weeks 1-8 deca 200 mg 2/wk Weeks 1-8 Test 250 mg 2/wk Weeks 1-4 d-bol 25mg /day Week 9 clomid 100 mg / day week 10 clomid 50 mg / day

That is the fairly standard sust/deca/d-bol cycle. It works well and if you train right, you should see significant gains. If you are larger than say 250 then you could bump up the doses by one level or if you are smaller, then a lower dose could work well for you. Remember, your first cycle is the one where you can make your greatest gains. Do it right the first time.

Everone has been telling me do do 500 sus and 400 deca.. and 25 dbol for myt first cycle… What’s up?

We all tell you that because it is a common stack that has worked very well in the past for a lot of guys. It is relatively inexpensive, works well and has few side effects. There is no conspiracy, just shared experience.

There are many reasons we like the cycle. The majority of the test and the deca are long acting, so it cuts down on the number of injections you have to take. By using 1 mg of test with 1 mg deca, you reduce the pain associated with using Test Prop. In addition, the test prop and the d-bol are fast acting, so they jump start your cycle providing good early results. The deca is good for soothing joint pain, so a lot of guys like to use it for that reason alone. Finally, all three drugs are readily available from most any legit source and should be fairly inexpensive. There are other reasons as well, but this should give you some idea why this stack is so popular.

Guys I’m 19 and weigh 220lbs 6′ I have been training for about five years and have powerlifted for all of them. Hope this helps. –2Small:)

so the sust- deca- d-bol are a good first cycle, would’nt you want to wait and see what gains you make on the sust alone and then add more to the cycle as you do more(cycles that is) start with the least amount of gear, so you can add more as you go?????????
