I start 1 tab: AM – 1 tab PM (12:00 noon)
Build it up from there.
2: AM – 1: PM
2: AM – 2: PM
Then I stick around here untill I don’t ‘feel’ it working.
Then 3: PM – 2: PM.
If I don’t feel it here – I’ll hold off for a day and then start up again (not scientific, but seems to work).
Then I taper down to avoid a big crash.
Once I’m off – I use Xenedrine or Hydroxycut to avoid the crash – and to keep the fat off.
Stay with your body temp at 37-38 degrees.
If sleep is a problem – increase the AM dosage, and reduce or skip the PM dosage.
Or you can supplement with some Melatonin to help you sleep.
MY WIFE HAS BEEN DOING THE 2 ON 2 OFF WITH XENADREN ON THE OFF WEEKS. SHE’S TAKING 4 TABS A DAY AND ITS WORKING GREAT FOR HER. SHE JUST STARTED HER SECOND 2 WEEK CYCLE AND YOU CAN SEE THE DIFFERANCE JUST BY LOOKING AT HER.
