Back Stretching Exercise 4

EQUIPMENT NEEDED – None!!!

Technique – Start by laying down on the floor in an area that will provide enough space to perform the exercise. raise one leg upwards allowing your knee to bend and place it over your waist using your free hand to pull it across. Twist your lower back in the same direction as your leg until you feel the muscles stretch. Hold this position for a count of 5. Repeat this stretching exercise in the other direction until your lower back muscles are full stretched.
