EQUIPMENT NEEDED – None!!!

Technique – Start by kneeling down on the floor in an area that will provide enough space to perform the exercise. Lean forwards onto your hands and keep your back straight. Rotate your palms all the round on the floor until your fingers are facing behind you. When ready press your wrists forwards until you feel your bicep and forearms muscles stretch. Hold this position for a count of 5. Lean off your wrist to relieve pressure on the biceps. Repeat this technique until you feel that your bicep muscles are full stretch.
