Chest Stretching Exercise 1

EQUIPMENT NEEDED – None!!!

Technique – Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart. Place your hands behind your back and interlace your fingers together. Press your arms back until your arms and elbows are fully locked out. At the same time press your chest forwards squeezing your shoulder blades together until you feel your pectoral muscles stretch. Hold this position for a count of 5. Lower your chest muscles back to an upright position to release pressure on your pectoral muscles. Repeat this technique until your chest muscles are full stretched.
