Getting Ripped

I am 6’3 235, I am trying to get ripped and get down to 215. What would you advise I start out with to get quick results in 30 days.

Clen/ECA stack. Depending on your knowledge, you could throw in some DNP or T3 with it. Do alot of cardio and you will be ripped. I don’t really recommend the T3 as it tends to burn muscle. If you use DNP with the Clen/ECA stack be sure to use a low carb/high protein diet, as this will naturally speed up your metabolism also. Any further questions, feel free to ask Iron Bro

clen is good. be careful with t3.. it (T3) can damage your thyroid (as all thyroid medication) if this happons be aware that your metabolism will drastically decrease and you may have trouble loseing weight for the rest of your life. this probably will not happon but just be warned it is possible…….

Get on the keto diet…throw in a cycle of clen and alternate with eca…if you have knowledge with t3 go for it……DNP will also help in that area…..good luck.
