Shrug Exercise


shrugsThis exercise is more for the traps than the delts. It can be done with either a barbell or dumbbells. (or even on a machine)

Starting position – standing with your arms straight at your side (with dumbbells).

Movement – without moving or bending your arms, lift your shoulders as high as you can (toward your ears) and hold it there for a second.
