Teres Minor

teres minor

One of the four muscles which compose the “rotator cuff”, the teres minor is actively engaged during the external rotation of the shoulder, and is an important muscle to strengthen for a healthy and stable shoulder joint.

The teres minor along with the other three muscles of the rotator cuff; the infraspinatus, subscapularis and subraspinatus, should ideally be targeted with a specific rotator cuff routine.
