If you have access to it, tell him to forget about dbol and do an anavar only cycle. Ten weeks at 20-50mg/day will give him incredible results, especially if its his first cycle. Also, because ox does not aromatise into female hormones, his body fat will decrease and he will hold little water.

Just remember that ox (anavar) shuts down your HTPA after 25mg/day. If he doesn’t want to worry about taking clomid post cycle, stay at 25mg/day or less.

sorry mate, i really disagree with you there, if someone is aprehensive about injecting themselves does not mean that they are not ready fo AS, i do think that they should not rush into anything…investigation and boards like this one certainly changed my opinion on injecting, as i was going to do a oral only cycle for my first cycle

if he’s afraid of needles he aint ready for the gear. orals are basically to accent and injectables steroids effects. i usually use oral at the begging of a cycle to give it a jump start

if it’s his First cycle, tell him to make the most of it! I would use at least 500mg a week of sust, some deca, and finish off with EQ and Winny. he will not be sorry. most of all tho, tell him he’s gotta eat like a mutha too!

My friend is 20 years old,
6 foot 1, and about 175 pounds with about 14 % bodyfat (so he says).
He is looking to take roids but first wants to do an oral only cycle. he wants to use d-bol and needs to know if just that alone will give him any gains (about 30 mg a day) for about 8-10 weeks. He was thinking about adding Anavar or Anabol but I told him about the effects that you guys have been posting about Anabol so he just said that he may look into Anavar. Can you guys just tell me if he is just wasting his money or will he actually make some type of gain?
