Thigh Stretching Exercise 3

EQUIPMENT NEEDED – None!!!

Technique – Start by standing in a very wide position with both feet pointing forwards. Squat down and place your hands onto the floor and start this stretching exercise when ready. Lean over to one side keeping your feet and leg straight until you feel your inner thigh muscle stretch. Hold this position for a count of 5. Repeat this technique in the other direction again keeping your leg straight and foot flat to the floor. Repeat this technique in both directions until your inner thigh muscles are fully stretched.
