    Here’s a workout for those who cant get the gym 5 or 6 days a week an want to get cut..remember everything is reps of 10 monday:flat benchpress 4×10 supersetwith other chest lift(ex pushout) shoulderpress(front)4x10supersetw/frontraises traps(front)4x10superset with dumbells back-4x10any back exercise u prefer arms-4×10 i like to superset my bi’s an tris together tuesday: legs- whatever u like to do 4×10 mix it up since u hit legs 2x a week wed. OFF thurseday: incline bench4x10superset shoulder press(rear4x10)superset lat.raises traps(rear4x10) back 4×10 somethin differnt then monday arms4x10mix it up thurseday or friday you can hit legs an take the other day off. its just a workout i been doin for the summer since i work an dont have as much time in the gym my workouts that deal with my upper body are long but they give u a great pump an builds up ure indurance. the leg workouts are not nearly as long but still a good pump. superset to lifts that u like, thats the great thing about lifting u never can limit ure self to one option. tell me what u think silentassasin :sniper

    your upper body sounds like a ;lot to do in one day and you would be in the gym way to long
    mon-chest back and bi’s
    tues-shoulders and tri’s
    wed-legs
    thurs-quick workout of upper 2 excercises 2 sets
    fri-legs again if not too sore or take day off
    wednesday is optional in case you cant make it to the gym 5 days a week you can just legs on friday
    I also di cardio and abs every other day for me this is a great cutting up workout dropped my bf from 16 to 6 % in 3 mos now all i need is a great mass workout
