My buddy told me that to get ripped I should take clen. I Really don’t know to much about it. He said you can eat whatever and it will burn it off (FAST) Is this true? If I would take this and eat right I’ll get ripped. I can’t do alot of cardio. I had my knee operated on and I can’t run very good, But I can still Squat ok….Any help?2017-03-27 at 4:30 PM #11410
there is no magic pill, so your friend is wrong. mostly your metabolism is responsible for how quickly you run thru your food. some people can eat tubs of butter a day and not gain an ounce. others can look at a snickers bar and feel the cellulite expanding. clen aids in getting rid of your existing bodyfat.
clen is technically for asthma patients, but a side affect was increased body temperature (thermogenics) which helps in burning fat off in cardio. it also gives you the shakes and has a very short half life and the body adapts to it quickly. some people also find that clen helps them to slow down their desire for food.
so yes (kinda): take clen, eat right, DO CARDIO and you’ll get ripped. there is no ripping without diet and cardio.
since you’ve got a bum knee, maybe look into alternate ideas such as swimming, bike, efx machine, stair climber, etc. running is not the only way. speed walking is good too.

Clen is slightly thermogenic. It is a non FDA approved drug for asthma. It raises your body temp. This elevated temp requires more calories to maintain. You can not eat what ever you want and expect to lose weight.
It is a bump in metabolism that can help especially if you are one that quickly adjusts to a reduced calorie diet. It will keep your metabolism artificially high when your body wants to slow down due to reduced calorie intake. I am currently on a short cycle of clen. Low Carb/ High protein is needed. Cardio and high volume/low-med. intensity weights is needed. It’s been 4 days on the clen I already notice a lot more definition and beleive it or not quite a bit more strength.

good luck chuck! if anything, like me, when im taking gear or using things like clen in a cutting cycle, somehting inside makes me want to work harder on the outside! like these bros said, there is no magic pill!
