I’m a newbie about to take my first cycle and I’m trying to plan how I’m gonna be able to eat so many clean calories a day without getting sick of tuna, chicken and cottage cheese. Could some of you guys post what you eat in a day? Or better yet a weeks worth of food? Thanks.
Meal 3: Usually immediately after workout: 2 scoops of whey powder, 4 eggs, .5 cup of peanut butter, a cup of ice cream, 2 cups of milk, throw in some ice= one hell of a weight gainer shake
Meal 4: 1 can of tuna/2 potatoes
Meal 5: Fast food, high calorie high protien, high fat meal (extra value meal at mcdonalds)
Meal 6: can of tuna or chicken breast or steak
Meal 7: protein shake before bed
This is what my diet has been like lately, and obviously Im trying to put on weight. if I were cutting there would be less carbs. I try to get a meal in at least every 2-3 hours. Its been working pretty good, but it gets old eating the same damn foods all the time, thats why I eat fast food once a day. I have a really high metabolism though. I hope this helps bro. Gotta go eat
