I have seen a lot of posts lately about water retention and how everyone wants to avoid it. Why is that ??? I personally like the water it cushions my sore joints from going heavy. It gives me a great pump, and just generally allows me to lift heavier and feel stronger. I dont show water retention much in my face and I guess I am lucky for that , is that the reason why you guys dont want the water cause u can see it?
If you are working hard for the cut look to show off on the beach, you don’t want to be smooth because of water retention. Personally, I don’t sweat the issue. I train for the long term and the water will go away a couple of weeks post cycle.
Now if you are heavily retaining and are having Cardio problems as a result, that is an entirely different issue. Then I would be concerned and take steps to remedy the situation.
