Take one can albacore in spring water, squeeze out water. add a table spoon or 2 of natural peanut butter. mix the two until you have a new tuna/p butter spread. Spread on lightly toasted wheat or oat bran bread. Have a can of pinapple chunks (in it’s own juice)on the side. Take a bite of the sandwich and a chunk of pineapple and thank me in the morning.
This is a high protien meal with pineapple to help digestion, along with great flavor.
