    dude’s when i start my first cycle 250mg enanthate, and 30mg d-bol thinking of throwing in a bit of deca too!, should i increase my training frequency i currently train on a 4 days on 4 days off cycle due to my training partners work times, i train:
    day 1: chest, triceps, and deadlift
    day 2: biceps
    day 3: back
    day 4: legs, and shoulders then 4 days off this means training every bodypart every 8 days i usualy do 2 exercizes per bodypart and 2 working sets will be enough for maximum gains on my AS cycle later dudes

    no way dude, if u are using as then u will have to train your ass off

    i always turn it up in the gym when i’m on a cycle. while I’m off I take it easy but still hit it. Just dont overtrain bro!
