I’m just about done with an 8 week cycle of sust 250 @ 500 weekly and deca @ 400 weekly.
I ran with the ball for the first four weeks also. Got 12 lbs off it. Lowered bf% and stay tight feeling all the time, carry the pumps longer … all the good benifits.
Now, I have the EQ & the Enth and the ball I want to try the EQ & Enth so bad I could bust! I thought about bridging I thought about time off for cleansing…but I think I’ going to go into it like a f**kin race horse.
I feel good, look good and feel as though I can do so with no ill effcts. Any comments? First time I will go straight through from cycle to cycle with no time off. I think I’ll take some time off after the EQ Enth before I try the highly acclaimed paper-drol!! (MAKE SURE i’M IN TOP SHAPE PHYSICALLY.)
