    250 gms glucose, 30 gms whey, 4 Phos Fuel caps, with 4 caramel rice cakes and about 8 I.U.’s humulin R 30 minutes pre-workout. Oh yeah don’t forget to use 60-90 seconds under tension with 60 seconds rest between sets….. then come back and tell me how much you love me…
