How many of you guys eat ALOT of peanut butter? I’ve decided that next mass cycle I’m going to eat 1/2 jar of it everyday. Should be about 14 TBSP/day and be around 1425 Cal. I figure that will really help me keep the cals high. Not to mention the 112g of protein I’ll get from the peanut butter alone!
I’ll tell you bro, PB is the shit!! Whether I am dieting or not I cannot avoid that shit. Stack it with lowfat Chips A’Hoy or Oreo’s. Baaannnggg!!! But, if you want to watch your waist do it with chocolate graham crackers! PB, is the food of the God’s. I always eat plenty of PB&J when I do the MASS!!!
