    I am 36 yr. old male, 5’11” 180 lbs., about 12% bodyfat now. I have been working out for about 4 years steadily and about 10 years overall. I am a very hard gainer and have a slender build (that’s what got me interested in bodybuilding in the first place)
    Anyway, I did a 10-week cycle of d-bol and Deca a little over a year ago and made some really nice gains – about 15 pounds. I was very happy. I did d-bol for a month and 100-cc injections of Deca every week ?it worked great and I had no side effects.

    Now, I still have enough d-bol for another month cycle but only have 2 vials of Deca left. I’m wondering what I should do for a second cycle. Should I do some Sust-250 and Deca along with the d-bol?

    My protien intake is very good, lots of meat and protein shakes as well. I eat like a horse, train hard and sleep well. It’s just hard for me to put on size. I did lose a bit of my gains because I got so busy with work and school I had to stop training for a little while ?big mistake I know.

    Anyway I’d like to do another cycle and would like some advice. Also I am living in China and was wondering where I can get my gear.

    The sust. would be a good idea. If you’re just looking to gain about 15 pounds again, the d-bol, and sust. should be just right. In the future to keep your gains try and throw in some HCG, clomid, or even nolvadex at the end of your cycle for about a month afterwords, it helps jump start everything, and insures that your money was well spent. As far as gettin gear in China, no idea, and good luck.

    I would say before you even think of a cycle make sure you have the juice!

    HI Im in the same boat except im 19 goin’ on 20 , 5’10 about 175 lbs. and want to reach my goal of 200 lbs even. Ive been working out since Ive been sixteen and im one of those guys that cant seem to put on weight. I used all kinds of weight lifting programs along with dieting strategies. Im a healthy kid that just wants to gain some serious mass/ muscle. I cant seem to break 175 no matter how hard i try. I ve been thinking about steroids in the from of deca dbol with sust for my first cycle but im really unsure. I want to take the safest cycle i can with little side affect possibilities as possible with low dosages for my first time through. What do u guys suggest

    If you are having that much trouble I would have to say it’s your diet. People take the word “BIG” far too lightly.

    In order to get BIG, you have to lift BIG !
    But even before this you need to eat BIG !

    Record what you eat DAILY, count your calories, you need to up it significant;y if you can’t put on any weight at the age of 19. Your natural hormone production is at its highest at that age.

    Before you even think about Gear, take a look at your fudnamentals…your foundation…….gear doesn’t just make you grow… food does.

    But thats just my two cent bro.
