is that the stronger pec is compensating for the weaker one. Lay off the barbells & start using dumbells, this makes each body part carry its own weight & doesn’t allow the bi-lateral bodypart to overcompensate! That is why I try to vary my workouts between barbell & dumbells.
Now granted, you can probably use more weight with the bigger pec but I would use the heaviest weight possible that the small pec can handle. This will allow the lagging pec to catch up with the larger pec and keep the larger pec from continuing to grow!
Of course I could be wrong. Just make sure to inject the same amount of Synthol in each pec! j/k

It could be a number of things, I’ve seen guy’s with different size arm’s and different size legs it might just be a genetic thing? but you might want to look into site injections? ( just my opinion ).2017-10-06 at 9:19 PM #13182

LOL! I have the same exact problem! My left pec is larger than the right….which is strange since I’m right handed. Usually stronger develpoment occurs with the hand you use to write with….go figure.
Most guys have an imbalance in there legs, chest, arms, etc. But its usually too slight to be noticed…so dont worry too much about it.2017-10-06 at 10:39 PM #13184

You have alot of interesting takes here. I would warrant that it is not even noticeable by others. Take your shirt off and go up to a friend and aske which pec muscle is large(stand about 3-5ft away). Do this to several friends. I am will to bet they can’t tell. We are usually more critical of ourselves than others are(this is a good thing). Sometimes we take it too far. If it worries you that much..Try dumbbell workouts for chest..also single arm push-ups to failure in the morning and night. The second option would be site injection like vein said. When he says site injection, he doesn’t mean synthol. I have seen some alarming pictures of the effects of this crap! Site injections would consist of you injecting into the smaller pec. This should do it too. I personally don’t like site injections, but alot of people do it. i’ve noticed the same thing with my left arm and the left side of my abdominals… (when i tighten my abs my the left side seems more developed than the right side!? )my left arm has always had a bigger tricep and the bicep seems more defined. (you guys will probably think im crazy, but i can remember noticing the difference in my tricep size in like 3rd or 4th grade) both arms are equally strong and i am right handed… what gives?
