Everyone has been asking me to post a good cutting diet to go with a good cutting stack. Well after considerable amounts of research…Here it is:
Protein per pound of bodyweight = 1.6 grams
40% carbs = 1200 calories = 300 grams carbs
40% protein = 1200 calories = 300 grams of protein
20% fat = 600 calories = 66 grams of fat
This diet can be adjusted for your body weight and composition. Just use the same numbers(40%-40%-20%) I gave you. This is also a great cutting cycle to incorporate with the diet if you opted to cycle.
10 week cutting cycle
You can also be taking cytomel with this stack. Here is how the cytomel would be cycled:
After all is said and done…you should be ripped. This should help you decrease your body fat by about 6-10%. I also have a little more extreme diet, but this should only be used for pre-contest. GoodLuck and I hope this post was of help to some of you. I am only here to serve Iron Bros…

The only think I could add is on the two weeks when off of clen– use E/C/A. So it will be 2 weeks Clen followed by 2 weeks ECA.
And also guys – make sure you never take more than 100mg t3 ever – it’s not worth the risk of screwing your thyroid! And for beginners – better use T4 (Synthroid) instead.
And one more think – there is no cutting cycle that will make anyone ripped and ready for the show if they don’t do aerobics – first thing in the morning on an empty stomach usually works best.2017-10-08 at 8:10 PM #13190
