first day and I think it’s working could only sleep 5 hours last night woke up twice with my dick hard as a rock. did the wife twice last night and ate my ass of yesterday.could not get full was hungry all day.is it me or is it working
Melatonin is good for helping with your sleep. It is also a good antioxidant. GNC has it. Also it is a good anti-oxidant as well. You should take about 5 mg/night. It is safe to up the dosage up to 6mg/night at most. I wouldn’t recommend going past these maximum dosages. Hopefully you will be sleeping like a baby and not punishing the wife so much…Ha!Ha!
