Well guys just want some of your input on my next cycle. I am currently using good ole sus250, fina, prop, and some deca. I am 5’10” 230lbs and around 12% bodyfat. I am also starting to use slin this week. I am wanting to do a competition in may. It will be my first. I am currently doing cardio to start cutting bodyfat, but I plan on getting down to at least 7% but hopefully 5-6%. My next run will include aratest, laurobolin, havent decided on whether to go with dbol or A-50, and some cytomel and probably winny. I have access to clen but havent ever seen real promising results from it in the past. If at all possible I will use some EQ if I can afford it. I was just wondering if there is anyhting you would substitue for one of these. If I have to I will use some DNP, but I prefer not to risk cooking from the inside out. I am kind of tight on the financial side, so I cant go all out. ANy advice you have I will appreciate. I study a lot on roids, in college now hoping to become an exercise physiologist, and know a lot of the fundimentals of gear, but I appreciate to hear what has worked for others in the past instead of the scientific side to everything2017-07-17 at 9:21 PM #12573
I wouldn’t chace the DNP my friend. I too compete. I mean if you get down to about 5% bodyfat with your stats(wouldn’t hurt to gain about 20lbs too). After all is said and done try to be contest at about 230-240 holding no water. You will definitely place in the top 5. Because when you go pre-contest with the Masteron(would help to read the article on Masteron in General Discussion and here) after dropping all the water, you will look like the freak on our baoard. ha!ha!2017-07-17 at 9:59 PM #12574
Yes I forgot to say anything about masteron. It is a definite plus to precontest. I am still able to compete in teenage division until summer. I’ts gonna be close bro. First, you’re entering to win correct?! I take it you’re going to enter light heavy? If you want to win that show, you should come in at 220-230 and under 5%.
You’re going to have to bridge a bulking cycle right into a cutting cycle and diet your ass off because as MOS said, you will want to gain 20-30lbs then shred it up.
I’d steer cleer of the a’s or dbol in your cutting cycle. they’ll smooth you right out and it will be hard to harden up enough even with diuretics.
stick with your low androgens and some quick acting test on your cutting phase.

What normally works for me is to cut carbs back about 50% to 60% and up my protein by about 25% for about a week. Then go back to my regular diet for a week. Then do the other diet for 2 weeks, then back to my regular for 1 week. Drinking TONS of water the whole time. This always works great for me I can normally go from 9 or 10 % bodyfat down to about 4 to 5% in about 2 months.
Make sure you take in good clean carbs and protein. Oats, yams, wild rice, beans, and most veggies for carbs. And fish, chicken breast, turkey breast, egg whites, canned tuna, and a good powder for protein. Try to stay away from “heavy” carbs and red meat and dairy proteins.
