    Hey, just thought i’d post a couple high protein treats for everyone to try!

    7-10 egg whites
    1-2 packs plan oatmeal
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 packs equal

    Mix everything together as if you were making pancake mix. It won’t have that consistency but just get the skillet warm and pam it. Pour mix into skillet just like pancakes and cook through. tend to burn easily so turn the heat down after you pour. I like these with sugar free maple syrup! It’s a nice change from your plan egg whites and oatmeal.

    Bulking season:
    2 whole eggs
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 pack of mesotech chocolate shake powder
    1/2 cup whole wheat pancake mix
    two packs equal, or two tsp sugar
    1 tbsp. hershey choc. syrup

    Mix together and cook in skillet like above recipe. My husband loves these in the mid-morning with or without syrup.

    gonna give that a try….
    breakfast is my most difficult meal….
    lots of time i end up eating PB&J or
    chicken cuzz i get so tired of eating eggs…
