I weighed 182 at start of this cycle on 7-23 and have gained 2 lbs so far in 5 days and toned some also eating on this diet:
total calories= 3000
protein= 326grams 49%
carbs = 285grams 43%
fats = 51grams 7.7%
I am going to up total calories a little I a week or 2 if I see fit but this diet is very comfortable and satisfying for me.
6:00a.m. protein shake
7 8 oatmeal
9 10 11 ribeye/baked potato/wheat bread
12 1 2 chicken breast/veggies/wheat bread
3 4 workout
5 6 chicken breast/veggies/wheat bread
7 1 cup fat free ice cream
8 9 10 protein shake
Easy as 1-2-3 to follow. I like everything and not hard to follow. Will add brown rice to diet probable but plain brown rice sux and the box kind have too much sodium.2017-03-15 at 12:49 PM #11229
dude you said you are bulking……wheres the BK, Mac D’s, the pizza and cookies. Justr messing bro, You should increase the total calories some more…..you want mass eat close to 4000 a day……2017-03-15 at 1:33 PM #11230
I agree with DrS! Just to give you an example today I ate 6 double cheeseburgers and large fries, 12 inch sub, and 1 large pizza with everything! I also had several N-Large II Shakes and protein bars! When bulking, eat everything you can get your dirty little pawls on! Later on you can work on the cardio and diet part of the game! (just my opinion)2017-03-15 at 2:32 PM #11231
where is all your protein coming from? You have two shakes and chicken breats once a day, that would mean your shakes have like 100g of protein or something. You might want to consider having a shake postworkout, the liquid meal will be able to be absorbed a lot faster than a whole food meal would ever be2017-03-15 at 3:13 PM #11232
vein…where are you from? … i’m guessing California.2017-03-15 at 4:03 PM #11233

I was thinkin’ the same thing.
you’ve only got half the protein their that you think you do.
You need to add lots of snacks in there. Yogurt, cottage cheese,
tuna, peanuts, trail mix,a bagel with peanut butter, all make great snacks that are high in protein.2017-03-15 at 4:58 PM #11234
