    How much fat is too much fat? What is the difference between the kinds of fats in foods? What is the difference between eating fats and few calories or eating few calories and lots of fats?

    If there is an older post that is informative or answers my question someone point me to it.

    General recommendations if dieting are to keep fat between 10-20% of total calories. Fat calories should come from unsaturated sources such as olive oil, flax oil, nuts, peanut butter, etc. Stay away from foods high in saturated fats such as fried foods, and fatty cuts of meat.
