Hey all, im new to the board and wanted to say “HI” and that you guyz have some great advice! I just started seriously working out about 9 months ago. My roomate/workout partner (he’s been working out 5 years now) is helping me and giving me some great advice with form, dieting and supplements. My diet is clean with about 6-7 meals/day and 20-30gm high quality protein per meal. I sleep well (7-8hrs.) and don’t drink or smoke (anything 😉 and I even cut caffeine out of my diet, sticking pretty much to water (160+ oz/day). Workout is as follows:
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Chest (abs/calves)
Day 3: Back
Day 4: OFF (abs/cavles)
Day 5: Shoulders
Day 6: Arms (abs/calves)
Day 7: OFF
I’ve noticed considerable gains and I am quite well balanced I believe. My stats: 23 years old, 5’5″, 150 lbs., 11% bodyfat. No history of medical conditions. For supplements I cycle on/off Creatine 1month 5gms/day, 10gms glutamine/day , Daily vitamins, Amino Fuel (3Tbsp).
1. Do you guyz think it’s ok for me to start deca or am I too new?
2. How much per week should I do if I start?
3. How much should I expect to pay for the real “gear”?
4. How can i find out if the “gear” is legit?
5. Can I just do 1 or 2 cycles of Deca and have nothing stacked with it?
6. Side effects kinda freak me out, what can I expect to have happen?
Sorry so many questions but i have nowhere else to turn 🙁 I’ve tried to research what i can. I think the “freakish” look is totally cool but for now I just want to gain some mucle weight, nothing that will make me have trouble fitting through the front door hehe. I WOULD STACK SOMETHING LIKE TEST TO IT. THE MAIN SIDE effects would be a lil breaking out. that doesnt hurt anybody. united states price on deca varies from 150 to a lil over 200 dollars. depends where you get it. but you can find pretty good prices if you stick around the board long enough and get to know people. 1cc deca and 1cc test should do you good for a beginner. if not up the dosage a lil. good luck2017-05-26 at 9:23 AM #12296
ah, the wonders of deca-dick. have to say that my first cycle i did deca and only really had a hard time getting off, not up. as for the use of deaca only, definatly add some test to your gear suppy. but another point is if you only have been serously lifting for 9 months they i would consider waiting atleast 3 more at very min and look at your progression levels, if you are able to move your weights in a consistant manner, hold off another 3 months, your gains from juice will be much better this way.

Deca and sustanon or Omnadren thats what i did for my first cycle and I’m still am greatful for the gains i made during it.

Winny would be good to block some of the progesterone binding to receptors. Stacking winny and test prop would be great for hardening up and adding streangth. The best bet for mass would be the addition of dbol and enanthate or cyp. If you were to do that, get some armidex b/c it will stop progesterone conversion and estrogen conversion.
