    I am taking dbol fir 6 weeks (30mg a day), and doing 200 decca
    and 200 test (enan), I weigh 206 ibs now and I am 6’2 probably at atleast 15% bf. I have been on this first cycle for 1 week now and have started my 2nd. Can and should I do cardio? I know that I will retain water, but will it help if I do cardio. Is the test going to burn some fat? I would like to come out somewhat trimmer after this cycle also, or is that possibly automatic?

    Sure you can do cardio on your off days 20-30minutes……On mass cycles I skip the cardio concentrating my efforts on lifting and recovery.

    It will NEVER hurt to do cardiovascular workouts on top of your weight training. Cardio only HELPS the process of healing the muscles quicker by getting more oxygen to them. When im on a cycle, I try to do about 2 hours of cardio a week/ or about 15-20 min. a day, after my workout. I know its hard to walk over to that bike, or treadmill after you just totally drained your body of energy after lifting like a mad man, but you WILL feel better after getting off the bike or treadmill.;)

    i am in a bulking cycle right now and i still do cardio on a daily basis. after i leave the gym, i just go to the stadium and run stadium stairs. i am taking 30mg dbol/day, sustanon, and test. prop. and the cardio seems to help keep some of the fat off but not much due to the fact that i eat like crazy and i concentrate more on the weight lifting aspect. either way, it’s not a bad idea to do some cardio on a daily basis, just keep it moderate if you want to maximize your muscle gains. good luck.
