Ok, my GF is about the 120-25 mark now. She is a trainer and pretty much has her routine down. Although she wants to gain, she doesn’t want to gain all muscle since she is already at that point. What I mean to say is she wants to still be a little soft. I hope you follow me so far. I have her on creatine which is working pretty good for her but what kind of diet should she consider? I’m not very good at the girl thing. She doesn’t want any type of gear. Any suggestions from the ladies, or the bros with ladies? damn well gaining has never been a proglem for me…..which really sucks…..I contantly have to watch everything….
but I really dont’ think she should be afraid to hit the weights hard….she’s not going to be looking like a pro fbb….she’ll have that nice toned muscular look…..
and you say she’s 125 now….but there’s a big diff w/ 125lbs at 5′ and say 5’7″ you dont mention how tall she is…
glad to hear the cr eatine is working well for her….what kind of dose is she using?

She is takeing about 10-15gms/day. She is already toned and has that striated look, she is a natural athlete and builds muscle fast and that is what she is worried about. Maybe I will post a pic if she lets me. She is 5’3. Should I put her on a high carb gainer? And as far as her watching her weight I think that I’m blessed with a girl who gets skinny instead of fat. hehehhe Do you think that nolva or something might help her gain?:D

no Novladex assists in getting rid of lower body fat…so forget that…it will reduce the es trogen in her body….and then there are other issues w/ that….so forget it….
she may need to bump up her calorie intake….and yes perhaps a weight gainer….
cut back on the cardio if she’s doing a lot of cardio…..how old is she?

Well she is 28 and doesn’t do any cardio. She is working legs more than she should be though. She has a thing against getting too ripped up top. When she does do upper body it is everything. LOL I keep telling her but she takes it like I am trying to be a know-it-all. I do have her eating a lot more than she was especially when we eat together. Is there any kind of supp that would give her a nice boost to help her get motivated in the right direction? LOL Don’t get me wrong she is in great shape but I think that she is in a rut. AHHHHHHH I give up hahahaha She needs a girl to lift with that is in the know beacause she hates listening to me. 😀

any thermogenic will give her a nice boost in the gym….. one heavy leg day and one light is fine…and if she does upper body 2x a week that’s fine……she really should not be afraid of putting on more muscle…..

Wow…..she is lucky……I would say 80-90% of females that eat more gain more period!! Have her eat a balanced diet…..roughly:
55%carbs; 15%fat; and 30% protein…..have her supplement with creatine and glutamine…..these will give her a softer appearance due to the water retension……..tell her good luck!2017-08-23 at 11:17 AM #12691
