So now we know what to do and what not to do, now I want to briefly go into the mental required to be a bodybuilder. We talked about the intensity needed to obtain your goal, but your mentality has to reach a level never know before. I know a lot of people and I know only a few that have the mentality to endure pain and push through it like it never happened. I think we don’t realize such mental strength is needed because most never consider the other persons point of view. I also feel this is why people need to give bodybuilders their credit due. So finally the supplementation for a few training bodybuilders a good friend of mine is training is as follow-coQ, cinnamon (helps sugar metabolism and htn), apple cider vinegar tabs, wheat grass tabs, potassium, zinc, MVI, creatine, glutamine, flax oil, baby asa, 25-50mg HCTZ, 0.2mg clonidine BID (if htn as issue, for most it is, and for insomnia), milk thistle, hawthorn root. With this I would like to wrap up this part of the basics to becoming a bodybuilder, trust me there is a lot more to it and it would take me months to cover all.
